GSH Kuwait Announces the Sale of The U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters Building  

Washington, D.C., January 23, 2007 - GSH (Global Securities House), a Kuwait-based real estate advisory firm, announced today the sale of the Transpoint Building. Located at 2100 2 nd Street, S.W.,Washington, D.C., Transpoint is a 600,000 square foot, seven story office building leased 100% to the United States Government on behalf of the U.S. Coast Guard. The property was acquired by clients of GSH in January of 2004.

We enjoyed a close working relationship with our tenant, the U.S. Coast Guard, for the past three years, and would welcome the opportunity to again serve as landlord to the U.S. government," said Fahed Boodai , Director of GSH.
