Global Securities House investor clients acquire 400 6th Street, S.W.
Washington D.C. , January 24, 2005 - Global Securities House announced today the purchase, by an affiliate, of 400 6th Street S.W. , a 128,723 square foot, five story office building leased 100% to the District of Columbia . The property, which serves as the headquarters of the Child and Family Services Agency, is located two blocks east of L'Enfant Plaza in Southwest Washington, D.C. Tishman Speyer Properties will act as property manager and leasing agent for the building. Arch Street Capital Advisors, L.L.C. a Greenwich, CT-based real estate advisory firm, will serve as asset manager.
